Can I chrome by myself?

Is there such a thing as chrome paint or something such? I am restoring a old car and it needs a lot of chrome. Can a person learn to chrome and have a system in his garage?

Yes you can, no you shouldn't. Do a search on this site and you'll find many responses to people asking this same question. In short its dangerous to you and the environment. I don't like chrome paint. it doesn't look like true chrome plate and doesn't hold up long. my advice is contact a reputable chrome shop about having your parts done.
