How to figure Square Footage per Amps while running Hardcoat Anodize?

It won't be less than 15 ASF or more than 35 ASF, but it's hard to give an exact number.

Thru a separate auxilliary 50 AMP ammeter, anodize a square panel (same alloy, same heat treatment) with 1/2 sq ft on each side. When you have 24 amps on that separate circuit panel, then you have 24 amps per square foot on every thing in the tank.
