Subtractive etching of fine pitch circuits [Texas]

I would like to know how to do subtractive etching of a 30 micron pitch circuit? Any additive or process condition that would help the etch factor? Also, when I etch with CuCl₂ solution the copper leads look wavy at bottom side, but quite straight at top side.
