Medical mfgr. needs plastic tube copper plated [Ohio]

++++

I need to copper plate a polycarbonate, abs, or ultemp plastic tube, (.62" id x 1.33 od x 5.00" long). Which material will best plate 1 oz of copper. I prefer to use polycarbonate. I must be able to solder to the plating as well. I understand its difficult to plate the id of the tube and maintain plating thickness. A alternate method would be to cut the tube into halves and then plate. Quantities are low about 100 a year. I would require samples for testing first. I have detail drawings of my parts that I can email for quoting...please advise. any suggestions would be helpful.

thanks for all the help in advance,

peter
