Extreme side-effects of toxins due to welding aluminum

In the last year, my husband has suffered from two tonic clonic seizures. As a result of this he has multiple compression fractures of the spine and has been unable to work. Of course, we were left wondering why a seizure would leave him in a state of disability. He has recently been diagnosed with osteoporosis and he is 38 years old!

He is unable to ever return to his former job as a welder/mechanic for a tractor-trailer dealership. In the last couple of days, he has turned to the internet to educate himself and has come across material that indicates that aluminum welding has very serious side effects such as osteoporosis and neurological problems. Will you please offer your expertise or provide direction as to where we can obtain information on this very serious situation.
