Need anodizing apparatus

Dear sirs,

Our company needs to an apparatus for anodizing of zirconium alloy rod-shaped workpieces. These workpieces has 13.6 mm outside diameter and 3600 mm length. We look forward to hearing from you soon. What we are looking for is similar to what is shown in this patent.
