Metal looking finish on plastic parts

++++

We manufacture DC powered ceiling fans for people who live in independently powered homes--solar, wind, small hydroelectric. Our fans main body parts are made from glass filled ABS plastic.

Question: is it possible to put shiny brass, antique brass and/or a satin nickel finish on to this type of plastic.

It's not only possible, but there are numerous competing technologies including electroplating, electroplating followed by electrophoretic lacquer, vacuum metallizing, and chrome-look paints. They are all shiny, although they vary in cost and durability.
