Coating to prevent scratches on SS plastic inj. molds [Canada]

I need a thin coating to adhere to Stainless Steel (Mar-X) that resist scratches and replicate or produce a surface finish level equal to the surfaces it is to be adhered to. This is a 1 micron diamond polished surface. If I can get a better level of finish, please tell me how. Corrosion resistence and longevity and low temp. application process is preferred but not absolutley necessary.

Basically, I want as high a finish I can get on a stainless steel plastic injection mold and then coat it to protect it for life. Like everything else in this trade, I am short on time and need help ASAP.
