MIL-STD-171 Open Quote

I need to get a part quoted on specific specs from the government. I would encourage anyone who can handle these specs to e-mail me directly so I can forward them the print with the specs. All quotes will have to be back to me by May 15th. The specs are as follows - "5.1.1, 5.3.1.3 or 5.3.2.3 followed by of MIL-STD 171. Color Black 37030 of FED-STD-595". I would like to sole source this with one vendor to handle both applications if possible.
