Construction issues with dissimilar metals

++++

I am planning to use either painted steel beams or galvanized steel beams with aluminum grating on top in a waste water treatment plant. How do I best prevent galvanic reaction between the dissimilar metals? Also can stainless steel bolts be used with: A) regular aluminum B) anodized aluminum.
