Problems in zinc plating

Dear Sir/s,
I am presently running a Zinc Plating Plant of small capacity to
do Plating job on automobile components,engineering goods etc.we are
continuously facing problems in our plant. We are using the
electroplating procedure for zinc plating. Sir I want to know about
the following: 1.precautions to be taken while doing zinc plating
2.what testing methods should i follow to check whether i need to
change the chemicals in the tank. 3.measures to be taken for proper
and effective plating. hoping to hear from you soon again and please
let me know if you need any further details.

Mr. More, you need several books about zinc plating, or a
prolonged visit from a consultant. Sorry, but there is no realistic
way anyone could tutor you on such a broad subject in a few
paragraphs here. We will be happy to try to answer specific

You need to buy a book on plating. This and a good Plating
supervisor with experience will provide all the answers needed.
