Fabric mfgr. needs wear coating for cutting blades

++++

I am a process engineer and we have developed a new thicker version of a fabric which we currently use. It is a kevlar composite fabric which is about 80-100 mils thick. We currently use a cutting table with Tungsten steel blades. The new material is much tougher and so the blades wear out in about 12 ft of cutting. I am looking to have these blades coated or treated in some manner to greatly extend their life. I need information of companies who could help.

Sincerely,

Mark W. Vose
