Chemical conversion coating on aluminum alloy

One of my clients has had a failure with chemical conversion coating on aluminum and the vendor cannot seem to correct the problem. I would like to find aerospace-quality chemical conversion coating applicators for small aluminum alloy components in the San Fransisco bay area.
