Non stick coating on SS Tube ID
+++
The company I work for is faced with the following problem.
1.Equipment and method to spray reliable and consistently uniform coating of nonstick PTFE liquid on I.D. (50 mm onwards) of 304 stainless tube. length 300 plus.
2.Reliable method of removal of PTFE coating for recoating--preferably solvent method.
Advice on the above most welcome.

Mr. Krishnan, hopefully a vendor with a commercial interest in solving your problem will contact you in hopes of selling you their product.
But in terms of advice, at this site you usually receive in proportion to what you give, and nobody can learn anything from your posting. Please try to flesh it out with what you have learned from your own experience. ("We tried xxxxx with xxxxx, but the problem it gave us was....") Thanks!

Once the Teflon is cured, you cannot remove it by solvent. Teflon is used because it is inert to most chemicals. We are Licensed Industrial Applicators for Dupont and we use other methods for removing the coating. What kind of accuracy are you looking for in the coating thickness?
