Semicon mfgr. wants comparison of the
various mold release coatings [Philippines]

Greetings!
I'm an engineer working on mold process in a semicon company. we
experience some mold sticking of mold compound in mold chase. I just
want to know the difference of these three different mold chase
coatings: chrome, titanium nitride, and Cr-flon nano plating in terms
of coefficient of friction, grainsize, wear resistance,
adhesion/releasability from epoxy mold compound, hardness and
roughness.
What I mean of difference between those properties are some data
you've acquired like say coeffient of friction of chrome ____value,
titanium nitride ___value, cr-flon__value, and other properties as
well.
