Spent Treatment

+++

The effluent from our industry contains Sodium Sulphate. To get to prescribed limits, we plan to treat it with Barium Chloride and precipitate Barium Sulphate which is saleable. But we are facing problems in Barium Sulphate with regards to oil absorption. Oil absorption should be in the range of 15- 255 but we are obtaining 40%. Any ideas of how to obtain it?
