Seeking firm to strip rubber from metal

Seeking firm to strip rubber (buna n) from metal, butterfly valve.
Valve is approx. 5 lbs. cast with a .010 layer of rubber molded to
the surface. Some possible techniques; blasting, heat treatment,
chemical soak, etc. ... Treatment cannot damage the metal as metal
component will be re-used. Require to reclaim approx. 300 valves.
