I RECENTLY TOOK SOME BROKEN FOLDING METAL CHAIRS TO CUT UP TO PRACTICE STRIPPING AND COATING WITH POWDER WHEN IT OCCURED TO ME, THIS MAY ALREADY BE POWDER. MY QUESTION IS: WHAT IS THE QUICKEST/BEST WAY TO DISCERN BETWEEN PAINT OR POWDER IN A BAKED ON APPLICATION?
