Tungsten carbide inserts get brown patches from cleaning [India]

We are facing problems in cleaning of tungsten carbide inserts. The inserts are getting brown patches on ce we dry the inserts after cleaning. The process is as follows.

1. Tank 1 - Acidic medium,60deg Cel,with ultrasonics,30 sec
2. Tank 2 - Demin water,60 deg Cel, with ultrasonics,30 sec
3. Tank 3 - Demin water,60 deg Cel, w/o ultrasonics,30 sec
4. Tank 4 - Demin water,60 deg Cel, with ultrasonics,30 sec
5. Tank 5 - Demin water,60 deg Cel, w/o ultrasonics,30 sec
6. Tank 6 - Demin water,60 deg Cel, with ultrasonics,30 sec

w/o - without.

Note: Tanks 1,2,3 and 5 have circulation system with filters of 25,10,5 and 3 microns respectively. Could you kindly throw us light on the problem.
