Need to polish large copper roof [Nevada]

We have a customer who wants to refinish a copper roof and seal it with Everbrite Protective Coating to keep it shiny and protect it from tarnish. What would be the best way to clean/polish a 4000 square foot copper roof? Can it be acid washed? Are there contractors in Vermont who does this type of work? We have lots of inquiries about cleaning brass and copper before coating it and would like to pass along the information.
