High emissivity coating for textile surfaces

+++

Dear sir,

I am looking for a coating with high emissivity factor that can be coated on to a textile surface. High emissivity factor , I understand relates to the amount of incoming radiation that is absorbed by the body as compared to a totally black body. Therefore if I seek to increase the UV or heat absorbtivity and increase the IR radiation given out would the use of a high emissivity coating (like oil paints, zirconium silicate, etc.) work? Are there coatings that have high emissivity that are not black or dark in colour?
