Thinfilm spray pyrolysis

+++

Dear Professor,

Presently I am working in the field of thin film using spray pyrolysis. I am new to this field. I have seen the articles related to this. there I found they are using nitrogen gas (as a carrier gas for spray) to prepare CdO and ZnO films. I could not find what is the reason for that. Why should use the nitrogen gas as a carrier gas? Anticipating help to understand...

Advance thanks....

I'm doing project in thin films. I would like to know why ether sulphate is used as surfactants in ZnS thin film. Also please suggest any surfactants instead of this which is easily available. Is it very important to use AR grade chemicals for CdS thin films
