In our Phosphating tank ( Used for Phosphating of Load Bodies for Trucks) we want to introduce online desludging . Please tell us the methodology & equipment/machineries reqd.

Sedimentation is the most useful and economical process. Superficial clearer solution is transferred to the main operating tank. After maximum volume is decanted , sedimentation tank is refilled and operating tank is make up by fresh addition.After 3-4 cycles , thick slurry is send to ETP.
