Seeking high quality silver or rhodium plater for laser reflectors [Texas]

My company needs a high quality plater who can plate the inside of a metal tube (about 1.5 inches long by 0.75 inch diameter) in silver and/or rhodium. The tubes are used as laser reflectors and must be of the highest degree of reflectivity concerning the coating applied. I need about 1000 per year. We will start with a small qualification batch.
