Improve my education on copper and copper alloy products
+++
Hello!
I am a fresh entrepreneur in non ferrous metals planning to deal with copper and copper alloy sheets. As I am still learning I wish to know what informations do I need to have in order to be a successful business man to deal with my customers. The reason is sometimes I do not understand the different terms my customers ask me. Which means I could loose business if I delay my offers by minor mistakes. Can you suggest me to how I could come out of this small problem or help me learn better for my business.
Thank you,
Hardik MardiaMEI - Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
