Letter 23004 Fire Department needs a non-abrasive maintenance cleaner [Missouri]  +++ Our Fire Department has a brand new 2003 International Engine that has LOTS of aluminum diamond-plate on it, both vertical and horizontal surfaces. Our water supply is so full of mineral, any drops left on a surface immediately dries to a spot that will not rub off without the aid of de-limer or de-calcifer. We have been using vinegar, but this week our Chief has made the declaration that the vinegar is causing the aluminum to haze and there will be no more of that!
