Nickel plating equipment and chemistry

+++

Dear Sir,

We are a company working on rebuilding Liner Cylinders of GM Locomotive engines for Iran Railway. Recently we have decided to work on rebuilding the axles. (roller bearing axle journals which are grooved or undersize) This process is done by selective nickel electroplating. The maximum thickness of coating is 0.03 inch and the hardness should be minimum C50 Rockwell.

If you are willing to help us for providing the related equipment and solutions please inform us.

Best Regards,

Arezou Salehi
- Tehran, Iran
