Crack in tin lead plating

+++

We are plating Nickel plated lead frames with standard Tin/Lead with reel to reel plating machine. Lately we found some cracks on the legs after forming. Can any one help me with that?

What kind of nickel? Watts, sulfamate. How thick? Form some leads after nickel before tin. Do they crack? How thick tin?
