Reaction mechanism of silver immersion plating [South Korea]

I want to know the reaction mechanism of Silver immersion plating on copper. I use Potassium silver cyanide, sodium cyanide for this process. Most of all, I want to know the reaction equation and the component of generated gas. Is there cyanide gas?
