Electroplated Black Ru/ Black NiCo / Ni Stripping

+++

My company is an eyewear frame manufacturing factory. All electroplating issue is outsource to other factory. Because of bad quality of plated layer (Black Ru/Black NiCo/Ni on Bronze substrate), I would like to strip all of them for rework. Electroplating shop suggests strong alkaline for Ru and HCl for Ni, but the result is not so good. Would professionals suggest what chemicals is suitable for this task?

Thanks,
