Secondary Electron Emission from Ions Impacting Stainless Steel

+++

I am looking for secondary electron emission coeffcients for ion bombardment of stainless steel (the average number of electrons emitted for each ion striking a surface). I particularly need data for argon and deuterium in the range 1 to 50 keV. This is for analysis of a plasma experiment in support of research in electric propulsion technology for spacecraft.

Thanks,
