Fast aluminum polishing [Massachusetts]

Hello,

Does anyone know of a fast technique to polish cast aluminum. I have a panel with convex and concave detailing as well as flat areas. It is about 22"long 11" wide and 3/4" thick. I want a satin plus finish.
