Surface preparation on a custom motorcycle frame

+++

Hello,

I want to know what I can use to "clean-up" a motorcycle frame in order to have it powdercoated. If I were to use conventional paint, I could use Bondo [linked by editor to product info at Amazon], but I suspect that in preparation for powder coating I am limited to brazing and or lead...and I'm not sure about either one of them either. Can you assist me with the info I need?

Thanks,
