Titanium and Stainless side by side
+++
We are planning on using both Titanium and Stainless sheet steel in a enclosure. We will be completing a passivation process on both of these. Is there any issue with any type of rusting or contamination with using these 2 unlike materials that I should be aware of. This is a medical application in which both of these materials will be auto claved in the future. If so any suggestions on how to protect the materials due to this?

There are some important questions here, like what GRADE of stainless (I assume austenitic) and how is it connected, etc. Any time you have two dissimilar metal in an aqueous medium you CAN get a galvonic effect that COULD cause corrosion. If you are using good metals this is minimized. If passivated properly you should be okay.
Putting a non-conductive insulation between the two metal will help, if possible.
You need to test.
