Also, like Ted, at the risk of sounding foolish;here's my guesses: 1. the tin is turning yellow due to high heat and humidity. 2. you are seeing blistering over time due to one of many possible problems, such as, overtemp zincate resulting in a deposit that is to thick, or maybe it was so humid that the tin actually started to flow?? Please enlighten us.
