Electroforming nickel/copper on ABS using pulse plating

Greetings,

Could you recommend a good book on electroforming specially on ABS? I need to electroform a ABS base with either copper or nickel and need some guidence.

I will be using pulse plating for this process if that makes a difference. I am specifically looking for proper solutions given the above requirements.
