Electrically conductive coatings for Mg die castings?

--

I am currently attemting to specify a surface treatment for the AZ91 Magnesium die castings that form the main enclosure for our latest product.

My requirements are that the surface treatment provides good corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity and also provides a good substrate for epoxy powder coating the external surfaces.

The electrical conductivity issue is a particularly important one, as we have definite requirements for EMC/RFI shielding.

Can anybody please help me out with information on this issue?
