How to deal with chlorides in galvanizing reclamation system

--

I am working with an hot dip galvanzing company. They have a Beta system for the acid & lead reclaimation system. They are experiencing high levels of chloride in the water system. Would anyone have any ideas to reduce/eliminate this problem. The chloride is eating away the filters and the stainless steel tank at a rate that is becoming quite costly. They are "working" with their vendor..to no avail..they are making big bucks with the replacement parts..please advise.

thanks so much, renee
