AFTER VIBROFINISHING SS304 COMPONENT A OILY LAYER IS FOUND INSIDE THE COMPONENTS. CUSTOMER DOES NOT WANT THE COMPONENT TO BE PICKLED. WHAT OTHER WAYS CAN BE EMPLOYED TO PREVENT THIS.

Are you using a deburring compound? I suspect if you are, that is your problem. Abrasives and water will not cause problem and compound is recommended. Solution, first cut back of % to water. If that doesn't work look for new product.
