COLD ZINC COATING STEEL WIRE

+++

IS THERE ANY ALTERNATE PROCESS IN COLD DIP OTHER THAN HOT DIP GALVANIZING TO MGF. DETONATOR WIRE AT SPEED OF 80 TO 100 M/MIN WITH ZINC COATING OF MIN. 25 MICRON.

Sure, Alok. The wire could be electroplated with zinc, which would be fast and would allow you to control the thickness. 25 microns is pretty thin, and a thickness that is more suitable to electroplating than to hot dip galvanizing anyway. Good luck.
