Nextel suede black paint or equivalent [South Africa]

The writer of letter #15979 of 9 Aug 2002 has the same problem that I have. Would anybody be able to assist in identifying a supplier of Nextel black paint. Formerly 3m manufactured the product but as far as our research has taken us it might have been discontinued. However, there still seems to be quite a demand and I would like information as to where one would be able to get this material. Alternatively, what is the closest alternative?
