Need for Trivalent Chromium Plating Sources [Taiwan or China]

We are an importer of a variety of industrial and automotive type parts.

Our automotive customer; Daimler Chrysler is asking for us to make a part; stamped and machined out of low carbon steel. No problem finding mfg. sources in China or Taiwan who do this process. The print calls for the part to be finished in a trivalent clear chromium process and we are having difficulties finding a plating source who is certified.

Would any of the finishing experts have knowledge of qualified plating sources either in Taiwan or China, that you can refer us to, for their making of an offer to plate to the trivalent process specs ?
