Polypropylene Cooling Coils

++

Dear Sirs,

We are Turnkey Paint Plant Suppliers and are presently working on Autophoretic conversion coating plant.As per Henkel's( chemical supplier) recommendations only PP coil are allowed for the cooling of chemical bath.I would like to know the heat transfer rate per unit area in PP coils, when my chilled water is circulated at 5 deg C & 10 deg C respectively. The chemical bath needs to be maintained at 18 deg C.

Thank you,

Hi Kanthar,

What about trying to get this information from Fischer (actually, I think it's Fischer, AG) who make cooling coils both in PP and in PVDF. Obviously the heat transfer is not nearly as good as a metal one ...
