Need to know what a Rz10 finish is in English?

I think I am correct in saying that Rz10 is a method of taking a
surface finish rather than an exact measurement. Hmmm. That is both
true and false. It is actually a measurement of 10 points of surface
profile, height, parameter, or the average height difference of the 5
highest peaks and valleys over a given length.
