Removing heavy metals from refinery effluents

Project Problem. I have done many experiments to remove heavy metals from refinery effluents. I got succeed to remove heavy metals but my problems are:
1.Evolution of arsine at the time of experiment.
2.The final TDS of the solution (it is around 14000) please suggest me the solution for this.
