Problem in White Phenyle Manufacturing [India]

I am a manufacturer of white phenyle but I am getting some problems. Some oils gets deposited on top. Slowly the color fades out. Can any one please give some hint as what could be the reasons.

It's a normal problem in manufacterinr in white phenyle it's not a matter of worry please mix the water and concentrate very slowly , for example, if you are mixing one lt concentrate with 10 lt water then take one lt concentrate and add a few water then mix the concentrate very slowly again add few waterand mix it prpperly then slowly add a little water then again mix the concentrate u will aget thick white colour concentrate and then add watr again this is the procedure.

How to make white phenyle more dark? though I am mixing more amount of cutting oil in less water the phenyle is not getting darker. So any of u suggest me how to make white phenyle darker.

Dear sir ,
I make White Phenyle but after adding perfume, I get smell of cutting oil.
what to add to avoid that smell.

Do add pine oil 1ltr maximum in 200 ltrs of phenyle thr wont be a smell of cutting oil surely ..

You can add some amount of gum acacia and stirr well during manufacturing of this phenyle emulsion. The deposition of oil on the top will be be emulsified into the aqueous phenyle.
