Here's help for the aluminum etcher

I use Dremel [linked by editor to product info at Amazon] with variable speed, and used dentists' bits. They are very fine and dentists will gladly give you used bits, as they are no longer any use to them. With this method, I can create highly detailed works, even the "oriental" styles. good luck with your project :)
