Need a Brass Plating Refinishing Product (Illinois)

I am looking for a product that can re-plate my brass door hardware - is there anything on the market that can do that instead of replacing it all? Or are there any other finishing possibilities to preserve the hardware?

Not really. Painting isn't plating. If it has heirloom or sentimental value, a plating shop will be happy to plate it for you. But considering the cost of labor, it usually costs more than replacement.
