Product to release a mineral core

++

I am trying to find a product that will release a mineral core (very much like concrete but far less dense). The wet core is poured into a stainless steel pan, then put in an auto clave, then dried in a gas or steam dryer. If anyone has any suggestions I would appreciate them highly.

I would start by electropolishing the item to completely remove any "tooth". This is SOP for somewhat similar applications.

Have you considered a silicone mold? Or, how about a silicone liner? Silicone elastomers can easily withstand autoclave temperatures, & castings are easy to unmold after setting.
