CARC and Powder Coatings

My company is interested in any powder coating alternatives to
CARC paint. I have been able to find information about new
water-based liquid alternatives, but little information about
powders. While I realize there isn't a formal military specification
yet available for powder, I was wondering if you know of any work
that has been completed in this area, or of any potential candidate
products for evaluation.
